Refund Policy

All digital download products are refundable 30 days within the initial purchase period. The process is simple: go to http://temperedgroup.com/support and fill out a ticket stating what product you purchased, when it was purchased (please include your receipt or transaction #) and state your reason for requesting a refund.

Service based products are not refundable due to the fact that the service often begins immediately after payment. As with all of our products, please be sure you want to buy before making the purchase.
